The different ambitions in the Nordics to limit the global rise in temperature by 1.5 °C as set in the Paris agreement, the need for more energy efficient buildings is continuously rising. With this in mind, natural and hybrid ventilation can reduce the total energy use in buildings.
The aim of this study was to identify examples of buildings in the Nordics and Europe that have successfully implemented natural or hybrid ventilation. The study also outlines the proposed scope that would be applied in a second research application, where these case studies would be further examined.
